We had a horrible experience going here and definitely would not recommend him. Dr.Eng was so rude to my husband, he treated him like a 4 year old child and on top of that he wouldn't let my husband leave the office with his contacts. My husband had to wait in the waiting room for an hour to finally get his contacts back. Then he seen my 5 year old son because he got referred to see an optometrist and he told us his eyes were fine. So a year later I took him to an optometrist in Nanaimo and he told us my son's left eye was about as bad as it could get and he was very concerned Dr.Eng didn't know that when he checked his eyes . I Googled my son's condition and it says if it's left untreated for to long he could go legally blind in that eye so I'm very upset he didn't catch it.

Just want to say thank you for looking after us. Our entire family goes to see Dr. Eng (three generations now) and everyone has been so wonderful to deal with. Our son had his first eye exam a year a go at 5 and Dr. Eng noted that his eyes would most likely need glasses due to a stigmatism...well sure enough this was causing some difficulty in school...so glasses it is...Thank you for making this experience a positive one! And his teacher Thanks you as well.
