  I recently purchased a vehicle from Dave Landon Ford and the transaction went smoothly. I was impressed with the Salesperson attitude regarding giving people great customer service and doing right by their customers as we live in a small town and all grocery shop at the same place......that is why we went back to buy a second vehicle.....unfortuneately in this short time it appeared Dave Landon Ford had changed their way of doing business......

  Good way to lose customers. Specially in a small town like Port Hardy were word of mouth can and will go a long way.. I don't think Dave Landon Ford sales tactics and company policies will pay off in the long run.

  Not impressed . Was a complete disappointment with customer service when trying to buy second vehicle with in one week.. First transaction was great and all went well. BUT the second vehical... The salesman should stand behind their words and not take customers for granted.. Was a complete waste of time after we inspected on hoist in shop, Then test drove and was waiting on salesman to finalize the purchase price. The dealership is willing to sell to another person while we were in negotiations .

  Excellent service from service department! I have had my vehicle in for a few services and always had excellent, attentive service with a can do attitude. Highly recommend.

  I don't think these kind of tactics wear very well on Dave Landon Ford Dealership..
